What happens if membership numbers increase?
If membership numbers increase, for instance - from less than 100 to more than 100 - during the 12 month period then the account will need to be upgraded. Going from one level to the next will cost $55.00 if more than 6 months membership remains otherwise you will need to pay for another full year subscription, however in this case you will get another 12 months as well as whatever is remaining on your current year.
What happens if membership numbers decrease?
There is no refund or discount if a drop in membership eg: above 100 to less than 100, occurs in the 12 month period.
