what's it all about?

Overall

• Simple and uncomplicated structure.
• Can be used by any individual or organisation wanting to keep personalised information in an easy to use, portable format.
• Ideally suited to situations where access to stored information is restricted to a small number of people.
• Unwanted features can be ignored without affecting the integrity of stored data.

Users

• Any number of users possible (but recomend restricting it to no more than two or three as all users have admin privilages).
• Easily pass on control of the database by adding a new user and deleting an existing user.

Member records

• Each record can be categorized as a member or contact (for non-members).
• Each record can be exported in PDF format (makes possible verification by members).
• The complete database can be searched and all records can be exported in CSV format for external processing.
• Generate an anniversaries list (all dates for member and partner birthdays, wedding and membership anniversaries) in one click.
• Email the membership in one click by exporting email addresses to your email client.

Attendance module

• Mark attendances at your club or an affiliated club.
• Attendance in percentage terms is automatically calculated for each member.
• Included by default but can be ignored if not required.
• Member names are automatically listed.
• Individuals can be excluded from attendance calculations but still show as active members.
• One click generation of attendance reports in PDF format.
